English Driving Lessons

A single 90-minute driving lesson at Rijschool Sezen costs €95. A 60-minute lesson costs €65. A lesson package is better value. The Starter package costs €865 and includes five 90-minute lessons, one 60-minute lesson and the practical exam. Larger packages give up to 5% discount. The Complete package, for example, costs €2449 instead of €2580.

All prices are final prices, so there is no registration fee and there are no hidden costs. Not sure which package fits you? After your first lesson you will get honest advice based on your level.

That depends on the country where your licence was issued and whether it can be exchanged for a Dutch one. If you need to take the Dutch practical exam, a few lessons help you get used to Dutch traffic rules and the exam routes in your region.

During your free trial lesson we look at your driving and advise you honestly on how many lessons you need. Experienced drivers can also simply book single lessons instead of a package.

That differs per student. It depends on your experience, how quickly you pick things up and how often you take lessons. Because you learn in an automatic, you do not have to master clutch control and changing gears, which often saves time in the first weeks.

After your free trial lesson you will get an honest estimate and advice on which package suits you.

You take your practical exam at the CBR exam centre in your region. The examiner chooses a route through the city and the surrounding area, such as the Ringbaan, busy junctions in the centre, residential areas with narrow streets and a stretch of rural road. During your lessons we practise exactly these kinds of places, so the surroundings feel familiar on exam day.

Rijschool Sezen gives driving lessons throughout Tilburg, including the centre, Tilburg Noord, West, Oost, Zuid and the Reeshof. We also drive in Oisterwijk, Waalwijk, Berkel-Enschot, Rijen, Dongen and Udenhout. We pick you up at home, at work or on campus. Live just outside these areas? Just ask, in many cases we can pick you up there too.

Yes. Every lesson package at Rijschool Sezen includes the practical exam. You do not pay separate exam fees on top of the price shown on this page. If you prefer to pay per lesson, the practical exam costs €330.

No. With an automatic licence you are only allowed to drive cars with an automatic gearbox in the Netherlands. If you want to drive a manual car later, you need to take a separate practical exam. You do not have to redo your theory exam.

For most students this is not a problem. More and more new cars are sold as automatics, electric cars have no clutch at all and many lease and shared cars are automatic too. Still in doubt? Feel free to discuss it during your first lesson.
